Fusion Recipes

As a Mexican/Korean food blogger, you’d think this category would be much larger, right?! Sorry to disappoint, but fusion is just not something I do often because it rarely works well, in my opinion. However, I do think it’s fun & interesting to see cultures blended together in a dish, so I will continue adding recipes to this category if I think they taste good!
